Welcome to BookMyGPS. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of BookMyGPS's Website, Software, and Telemetry Hardware Services.
By utilizing our GPS tracking devices and software, you represent that you own the vehicles under tracking or have obtained explicit consent from the drivers/owners. Tracking any asset without appropriate permissions is illegal and will result in immediate termination of your portal account and reference to relevant authorities.
Customers are fully responsible for the proper installation of OBD and hardwired GPS tracking devices. BookMyGPS provides installation guides and wiring schematics only as references. We are not liable for vehicle electrical damage, warranty voids, or starter failures resulting from improper hardwiring by uncertified mechanics. We strongly recommend using certified automotive technicians for engine cut-off installations.
GPS tracking requires active satellite line-of-sight and cellular network signals. BookMyGPS is not responsible for data transmission delays, location drops, or coverage gaps in underground parking lots, deep tunnels, or regions with zero carrier signal. In such events, device memory cache buffers will upload cached coordinate logs once connection is re-established.
Subscription services are billed on request based on custom quotation models matching your fleet size and telemetry options. Failure to settle outstanding subscription balances within the billing grace period will lead to automatic telemetry server connection suspension.
BookMyGPS and its licensors own all intellectual property rights and codebases for the web platform, dashboards, tracking algorithms, and brand assets. You are granted a limited license only for viewing and managing telemetry reports.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi for any legal resolutions.
